An employee punches in at the terminal — by face or card. From there the system counts hours, lateness, overtime and night shifts on its own, and payroll pulls a finished timesheet into 1C. All of it on your own server in Tashkent.

Terminal
The employee picks “In” or “Out” on the screen and looks at the camera. Recognition takes under a second. A Mifare card stays as the fallback.

The terminal is closed off from the internet and talks only to your server, over an encrypted channel on the site router.
Server
Events land in a log on your own server in Tashkent. Duplicates are dropped; anything missed during an outage is pulled back from the terminal.
Timesheet
A console for HR, an employee account in Telegram, Excel export, and the timesheet handed to 1C for payroll.
The schedules that break boxed software
The software bundled with access control counts a day from midnight to midnight. On a night shift that turns one shift into two halves — and into a payroll error. Shiftly assigns the shift to the day it started.

What backs this up
Not a prototype and not a slide deck: hundreds of employees, mixed schedules, live data from Hikvision terminals.
Contract, procurement, a pilot on 5–10 locations. A full hundred-site rollout takes about 12 weeks.

Prices as of August 2026, in UZS, excluding VAT. AdminZ is not a VAT payer — nothing is added on top. The final figure depends on the number of sites and the installation conditions at each, and is fixed in the contract specification.
What Shiftly does not do
Limits are more honest than promises. Here is what the system does not cover — so it does not surface after the contract.
It does not control doors
Shiftly counts time; it does not open locks, turnstiles or barriers. Access control is a separate job we quote on request.
It does not run payroll
It hands a finished timesheet to 1C:Payroll or 1C:Accounting. 1C does the calculation.
It does not live in the cloud
It needs a server in Tashkent. You rent the VPS directly from a provider; we install and configure it.
It does not fit any hardware
It needs Hikvision terminals with ISAPI support. Verified on the DS-K1T343MX; other models and vendors after a protocol check.
It does not remove the paperwork
Face recognition is biometric data: written employee consent and database registration are required. We supply the templates; the company files them.
It does not count what never happened
If someone did not punch in, the system shows a gap rather than inventing hours. A person enters the reason, signed into the log.
What you need to provide
- A server: a VPS in Tashkent from 6 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, SSD and a static IP — 800,000–1,200,000 UZS a month directly from a provider
- Internet at the site from 10 Mbps — your existing line will do
- A router with VPN support. If there isn't one — from 600,000 UZS
- A 220 V socket where the terminal goes
- Written employee consent for biometric processing — we supply the template and the notice artwork
Biometrics and the law
Face recognition is processing of biometric personal data, and the database must sit inside Uzbekistan. That is exactly why Shiftly runs on your own server rather than someone else's cloud.

Questions
Do we need to replace our hardware?+
You need Hikvision terminals with ISAPI support. Verified on the DS-K1T343MX: a 4.3-inch screen with an In/Out choice, recognition in under a second, memory for 1,500 faces and 150,000 events, and operation without internet. Other models and vendors after a protocol check.
What happens if a site loses connectivity?+
The terminal recognises faces on its own and stores events locally. When the link returns, the server pulls back what it missed. On top of that there is a reconciliation every 15 minutes and a nightly recount that closes open shifts.
Does the data go to a cloud?+
No. The system sits on your own server in Tashkent, and the terminals are closed off from the internet, speaking to the server over VPN. The only thing that leaves is Telegram notifications, and only if you switch them on.
Can a timesheet be corrected by hand?+
Yes. Any figure can be opened down to the raw punches and corrected, with a reason and an author. The change goes into the audit log — nothing can be adjusted quietly.
What does adding a branch later cost?+
Nothing for the software: the licence is perpetual and unlimited. You pay only for the site — from 2,990,000 UZS for the terminal, cabling and installation.
