Do we need to replace turnstiles for Shiftly?▼
No, if they are Hikvision turnstiles with ISAPI support and HTTP event push. Verified on DS-K1T343MX; other vendors — on request after a protocol check.
Does Shiftly data go to the cloud?▼
No. The system is deployed on your server inside your network. Only Telegram notifications leave it, and only if you enable them.
What happens if the link to a turnstile drops?▼
Events are not lost: every 15 minutes and at the nightly day-close the system reconciles with the terminal logs and recovers the missed entries.
How does Shiftly count night shifts?▼
A shift crossing midnight (for example, 21:55→07:00) is counted as one shift, not two days.
Can a timesheet error be fixed by hand?▼
Yes. Any figure can be drilled down to the raw entries and the calculation corrected with a reason and an author — the edit goes into the audit log.
How much does Shiftly cost and how can we see a demo?▼
