Outsourced IT support under Resolution No. 306
Cabinet Resolution No. 306 of 12 June 2026 set out how state bodies and state-owned enterprises hand non-core functions to contractors. The list includes computer repair, network management and support, and software development and support. Adminz takes on this work under contract: with response times, signed acts and invoices in UZS.
We meet the contractor requirements
The resolution requires a contractor to be registered as an entrepreneur, to have at least 6 months of work in the field and to have no tax debt. Adminz operates as ADMINZ LLC.
Response times are in the contract
An outage affecting the whole organisation — response within 2 hours; a single employee's request — within 4 hours. On the L and XL plans — 30 minutes for an outage.
One contract for all IT
Workstations, network, servers, telephony and CCTV — one contractor and one accountable person instead of several vendors.
Paperwork accounting will accept
A contract, an invoice and an electronic VAT invoice via Didox, and a signed act after every visit. All prices in UZS.
Results you can check
The resolution introduces performance indicators for contractors. Every request shows when it came in and when it was closed — data you can put into a report.

How is the contract concluded?+
Since 1 September 2026 the electronic public procurement system has a dedicated page for outsourcing services. Tell us which procedure you use and we will prepare the documents and a quote for it.
We already have our own IT specialist. What then?+
We work together: we take the routine work and site visits, and your specialist stays the point of contact inside the organisation. The contract covers only what you actually hand over.
Where do we start?+

Do you work outside Tashkent?+
Yes. We work in Tashkent city and region and in Fergana region, and remotely across the country. For distant sites we combine remote monitoring with scheduled visits.
