FAQ

What does PBX installation include and how much does it cost?+

Asterisk/FreePBX installation, IVR, queues and call recording setup, CRM integration, IP phone supply and training. For a 10-person office — from 3,500,000 UZS one-off. For 30–50 people — from 10,000,000 UZS. Exact price via the calculator or after a short audit. SIP trunk and call minutes from your operator are billed separately.

Do you sell minutes, phone numbers, and SIP trunks?+

No, we are a PBX integrator, not a telecom operator. You purchase numbers and minutes from Uztelecom, Beeline Business, Mobilink, or any SIP operator. We connect the PBX to your chosen operator and help you pick the best tariff for your call volume.

Asterisk or FreePBX — which one to choose?+

FreePBX is a user-friendly web interface on top of Asterisk. For most clients we recommend FreePBX (easier to administer, ready-made modules). For non-standard scenarios with a custom dial plan — pure Asterisk.

What if the PBX breaks down?+

Under a maintenance contract the response time is fixed: a site-wide telephony outage — 1–2 hours, a problem for a single employee — 4 hours, during working hours. We back up the PBX configuration regularly and can bring up a standby server. Without a contract we will still fix it, but at the one-off rate.

Can we keep our existing phone numbers?+

Yes. Your operator ports existing numbers to the new SIP account (takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the operator). We handle the process end to end so there's no downtime during the transition.

How long does deployment take?+

An office of 20–50 people — 1–2 weeks from contract signing to launch. A call center with 100+ agents — 3–4 weeks. The exact timeline is confirmed after the design stage.

Where are call recordings stored?+

On your own server (or your cloud) — you fully own your data. With a telecom operator this isn't possible: they keep the recordings and charge you a monthly fee for access.

What is NOT included in the service?+

Not included: phone numbers, call minutes, and the SIP trunk (purchased from a telecom operator), plus the physical internet connection. Everything related to the PBX itself is included — software, configuration, equipment, training, and support.
