What people come to us with

  • Managers search for the customer in the CRM manually on every call — wasting time and patience
  • No call history per customer — they complain about having to repeat themselves
  • Missed calls vanish — they never show up as leads in the CRM
  • The PBX records calls, but the recordings aren't linked to the customer card
  • No call-to-deal analytics — no visibility into which managers actually close

FAQ

Which CRMs do you work with?+

amoCRM, Bitrix24, RetailCRM, 1C CRM. If your CRM is on this list, we have a standard integration ready in 2–3 days. Custom API integrations (1C, non-standard or in-house CRMs) take 5–10 days.

Do I need a new PBX for the integration?+

Not necessarily. We integrate with Asterisk, FreePBX, MikoPBX, and most cloud PBX systems. If you're on a carrier PBX without an API, that's a different service — we'd start by replacing the PBX, then handle the integration.

How long does the integration take?+

amoCRM and Bitrix24 — typically 2–3 days (standard connectors). Custom integrations (1C, non-standard CRMs) — 5–10 days. It depends on the scope: pop-ups only is faster, while full lead and deal synchronization takes longer.

Where are call recordings stored, and for how long?+

On your PBX server, under your control. Retention is configurable — from one month to 5 years. The CRM stores a link to the file, accessible to anyone with permissions on the customer card.

Will managers' calls from mobile phones be recorded?+

If the manager calls through the PBX softphone app on their phone — yes, the call is recorded on the PBX. If they call directly through their own mobile carrier — no, we can't intercept another carrier's calls.

What if the integration breaks after a CRM update?+

Under a maintenance contract, we monitor compatibility and update the connector whenever the CRM's API changes. Without a contract, we'll fix it at a one-time rate.
