On the L and XL plans the response is faster, up to 30 minutes for a critical incident.

Yes, we have the S plan for companies with up to 10 PCs, with a subscription fee from 2,500,000 UZS/month. An hourly format is also available — 300,000 UZS/hour, first 30 minutes of diagnostics free.

Our engineers completed in-person Ubiquiti training. We use only proven equipment from leading manufacturers.

Remote and on-site support, 24/7 server monitoring, backups, software updates, antivirus protection, network configuration, consulting. The full list depends on the selected plan.

Yes, we offer 50% off the first month on any plan so you can evaluate the quality of our work.

24/7 support is on the XL plan. On other plans, out-of-hours emergencies are handled under a separate agreement.

Yes, many of our clients use a hybrid model — we take on infrastructure and monitoring, while the in-house IT handles business applications.

For offices we recommend Ubiquiti UniFi — optimal price/quality ratio. For large companies — Cisco Meraki or Aruba. For complex scenarios — MikroTik.

Labour from 50,000 UZS per outlet; cable, sockets and patch panel are billed separately as used. An office of 5–15 workstations costs from about 4,000,000 UZS turnkey. Exact quote after a site visit.

No. All prices are fixed in the contract. Additional expenses can only be for equipment and consumables — and are always agreed upon in advance.
