What's included in subscription service?+
Remote support, scheduled visits, PC maintenance, troubleshooting, software updates, antivirus protection and IT consulting. We handle all your IT issues for a fixed monthly fee.
Can I change plans?+
Yes, you can switch to another plan at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately, downgrading — from the next month.
What if the problem can't be solved remotely?+
We'll come to your office. All plans include a certain number of visits. Emergency visits beyond the limit — by hourly rate.
Is there a contract and guarantees?+
Yes, we work under a contract with a prescribed SLA. Plans L and XL guarantee response time. If we don't meet it — we compensate.
We only have 3 computers. Is outsourcing worth it for us?+
Yes! The XS plan is designed specifically for micro-business. For 1.5M UZS you get professional IT support — cheaper than a single one-time specialist call per month.
How are you better than competitors?+
We publish our price list and SLA, so you know the cost and response times upfront instead of “we'll quote after an inspection”. Our engineers are Ubiquiti and MikroTik certified, and responsibility for the result is fixed in the contract.
