Frequently asked questions
How many access points does a floor need?+
It depends on the layout and wall material: in a concrete building with long corridors one access point covers 4–8 rooms; with light partitions, more. We run a radio survey with measurements and show the coverage plan before the work starts, not after.
Can you install without shutting the hotel?+
Yes. We work floor by floor at agreed hours, running cable in trunking or existing routes. Usually one floor per visit, with rooms taken off sale for that day on your schedule.
Do you integrate telephony with the property management system?+
We configure the PBX and its integration with a CRM or PMS through an API where one exists. For Orzu Resort we linked telephony with Bitrix24 — the call opens together with the guest record.
What about guest Wi-Fi and identification requirements?+
Public networks in Uzbekistan require user identification — we set up SMS authorisation with a branded login portal. The guest network stays fully isolated from the staff network.
Do you work outside Tashkent?+
Yes, we travel to the regions for project work. For remote sites we base maintenance on remote monitoring with scheduled visits — the schedule is agreed in the contract.
