Public offer
Effective date: April 11, 2026
1. General provisions
This document is an official offer (public offer) of ADMINZ MCHJ (hereinafter — the "Contractor") to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter — the "Customer") to conclude a contract for the provision of IT services on the terms set out below.
In accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, this document is a public offer. The offer is accepted by the Customer performing any of the following actions:
- Submitting a request through forms on the adminz.uz website
- Submitting a request through messengers or email
- Payment for the Contractor's services
- Verbal or written confirmation of agreement with the terms of the offer
2. Subject of the offer
The Contractor undertakes to provide IT services to the Customer, and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services in the manner and on the terms provided for in this offer.
The list of services includes but is not limited to:
- Subscription IT service (IT outsourcing)
- Setup and maintenance of servers and workstations
- Design and installation of local networks and SCS
- Installation and setup of IP telephony
- Installation of video surveillance and access control systems
- Setup and maintenance of software (1C, CRM, etc.)
- Cybersecurity provision
- Consulting services in IT
The specific list, scope and cost of services are determined in the commercial proposal or additional agreement to this offer.
3. Order of service provision
3.1. The Customer submits a service request by any available means: through forms on the site, by email team@adminz.uz, by phone or through messengers.
3.2. The Contractor reviews the request and within 1 business day contacts the Customer to clarify details and agree on the scope of work.
3.3. After agreement, the Contractor prepares a commercial proposal specifying the list of works, terms and cost.
3.4. The start of service provision is considered the moment of confirmation of the request by the Customer and/or payment.
3.5. Under subscription service, services are provided within the selected tariff plan published on the pricing page of adminz.uz.
4. Service cost and payment procedure
4.1. The cost of services is determined according to current tariffs published on adminz.uz/pricing, or by individual commercial proposal.
4.2. Payment is made in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UZS) by one of the following methods:
- Bank transfer to the Contractor's settlement account
- Payment through payment systems (Click, Payme, Uzum)
- Cash payment with a cash receipt
4.3. Under subscription service, payment is made monthly, no later than the 5th day of the current month.
4.4. One-time work is paid upon completion or on the basis of prepayment (50-100%) by agreement of the parties.
5. Rights and obligations of the parties
5.1. The Contractor undertakes to:
- Provide services with quality and on agreed terms
- Ensure confidentiality of the Customer's information
- Provide reports on work performed upon request
- Inform the Customer about tariff changes at least 30 days in advance
5.2. The Customer undertakes to:
- Provide necessary access to equipment and systems
- Timely pay for the services provided
- Not interfere with the service process without coordination with the Contractor
- Report malfunctions and incidents as soon as possible
5.3. The Contractor has the right to:
- Suspend services if there is a debt of more than 15 days
- Engage third parties (subcontractors) for individual jobs
- Change tariffs with prior notice to the Customer
6. Guarantees and liability
6.1. The Contractor guarantees the quality of services provided. The warranty period for completed work is 30 days from completion, unless otherwise agreed.
6.2. If defects are found during the warranty period, the Contractor eliminates them free of charge within 3 business days.
6.3. The Contractor is not liable for losses caused by third parties, force majeure, violation by the Customer of the operating conditions of equipment or software.
6.4. The maximum liability of the Contractor is limited to the amount paid for services for the last month of service.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. The parties undertake not to disclose confidential information obtained during cooperation, including trade secrets, passwords, client data and technical documentation.
7.2. Processing of the Customer's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted at adminz.uz/privacy.
8. Duration and termination
8.1. This offer enters into force from the moment of publication on the site and is valid indefinitely until revoked by the Contractor.
8.2. The contract concluded on the basis of offer acceptance is valid until the parties fully fulfill their obligations.
8.3. Under subscription service, either party has the right to terminate the contract by notifying the other party at least 30 calendar days in advance.
8.4. Termination of the contract does not release the parties from fulfilling obligations that arose before the termination.
9. Dispute resolution procedure
9.1. The parties seek to resolve all disputes and disagreements through negotiations.
9.2. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is submitted for consideration to the court at the location of the Contractor in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Offer changes
The Contractor reserves the right to amend this offer. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of services after changes means the Customer's agreement with the updated terms.
