Office phone system on your own server
Extensions, call queue, voice menu and call recording. We install the system on a server in your office and connect it to the Uztelecom line. Calls and recordings stay with you.

31 October 2026, on a test server. The Uztelecom line was tested with live calls to and from mobile phones. Ring group, queue, voice menu, transfer and recording were tested on test handsets; voicemail to email was tested through a test mail server on the phone system itself.
Calls over Uztelecom
Incoming from and outgoing to mobile phones, audio in both directions.
Internal calls
Staff call each other using short extension numbers.
Ring group
A call rings everyone at once; whoever answers first takes it.
Queue and agent breaks
Callers wait in a queue. A supervisor can put an agent on a break from the supervisor panel — calls go to others.
Voice menu
“Press 1” sends the call to the right person.
Call transfer
An employee transfers the caller to a colleague.
Voicemail
If nobody answers, the caller leaves a message. The recording arrives by email.
Call recording
Listen to and rewind a call through a protected link.
Call log
All incoming and outgoing calls, each with its result.
Backup
PBX settings and data are backed up with one command.
Load
200 simultaneous calls on a 2‑core server — load test with no errors: calls into the voice menu, no recording.
No transcoding between codecs. If every call must be recorded, we size the server separately.
Tested automatically, not yet live
An automated test routes a call through the system's real dial plan and shows where it will go. It does not replace audio, handsets or the operator.
Emergency numbers 101, 102, 103, 104 and 112
From any office phone they go straight to the operator: no prefix, day and night, outside the hourly call limit. If the first line is down, through the next one. An employee's extension never intercepts them.
Checked against the dial plan; no calls were made to emergency services.
- Number blacklist — matches any way the number is written: 998…, +998…, 9 digits, with a leading 0
- Working hours, days off and a separate route outside working hours
- Do not disturb and forwarding to a mobile if the employee does not answer
Not yet tested live
We're telling you up front so there are no surprises. If you need any of these, we'll discuss it before signing.
